Member of directors of Aras Free Zone told of signing a memorandum of understanding agreement between Aras Free Zone and an Austrian company.
According to the Public Relations and Intl. Affairs of AFZ Org., Safar Shasfand announced the development and added: the most important provision of this agreement is investment, cooperation, and partnership in establishing offshore banks in the zone.
Opening foreign university, establishing 500- bed hospital and as well as refurbishing tourist destinations are covered in the articles of the MOU.
