Signing 66 civil contracts in the first six months of the year (Mar - Sep 2010) in Aras Free Zone
According to Director of Planning and Development of deputy of Civil and Infrastructural Affairs of Aras Free Zone Org, in the first six months of this year 66 civil contracts has been singed with contractors in various civil areas and came into force.
Public Relations and International Affairs of Aras Free Zone Org reported that Mr. Saeed Ismail Pur with announcing the news said: Executuion of the civil projects has started with a credit about 50 billion Rls from the beginning of this year.
He added: Now seven civil contracts with credit about more than three billion Rls has reached to the contractor selection process and will be signed soon, and will start by notifying the operation.
He continued: Selecting contractor for another 13 constructional projects is in the inquiry stage and doing tender.
Ismail Pur added: Implemented Projects during the first six months of this year are in various infrastructural fields especially power field and include power distribution network and gas network of 260-hectares industrial area and surveying and paving streets and thoroughfares of the region.
He added: During the past two and a half years since the start of the 1387 (Mar 2008 till now), 366 civil contracts with credit more than 800 billion Rls has been implemented in Aras Free Zone, and some of these projects concluded past years and some will come into operation this year and next years.
Ismail Pur continued: From these contracs 129 contracts in 1387 (2008) and 171 contracts in 1388 (2009) and 66 contracts in the first six months of this year (Mar - Sep 2010) have been signed.
