Attending the 27th WAIPA investment conference in New Delhi, India, Hojjatolla Abdolmaleki the advisor to the president and the secretary of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones and Mr. Kiani the CEO of Aras Free Zone Organization, visited the booths at the WAIPA exhibition and exchanged investment information on free and special economic zones of Iran with foreign investors.

Stressing that 4 out of the 6 main missions of Iran's Free and Special Economic Zones are related to the international sphere, he added: The Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Free and Special Economic Zones is actively present in the main events of the world economy in line with the government's economic diplomacy. Paying attention to the presence of Iran's free and special economic zones in these international events, Iran's free zones as an important part of the country's economy have attracted the attention of the investors of other countries.

The 27th WAIPA investment conference was held from 11 through 14 December 2023 with the theme of "Empowering Investors: Investment Promotion Agencies (IPA) Pioneering Future Growth " in New Delhi, India.
