According to the public relations and international affairs of the Aras Free Zone Organization, Seyed Abbas Mousavi stated that the second meeting on the topic of 3+3 cooperation will be held in Iran, and it is emphasized that with the presence of the countries of the region, including three great countries: Iran, Russia and Turkey and the three countries of the South Caucasus region, including the Republic of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, form a regional platform and all economic, transit and energy issues and other issues should be resolved in this format, therefore, the Aras Free Zone is the focal point of cooperation development.
The ambassador called the duty of embassies to be a platform for increasing the relations of free zones with other countries and noted: that essential and significant exhibitions will be held in Baku, which I hope the private sector of Aras free zone will participate in.
“The establishment of Kodaafarin Customs of Aras Free Zone can become the basis for the development of foreign trade between the two countries of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan and pave the way for Iran's trade with other countries”, he said.
The railway of Nakhchivan-Mashahd was another issue discussed in the meeting.
