The Managing Dir. of Aras Free Zone Organization said in the second meeting of the heads of free and special zones of ECO member countries AFZ is ready to create a cross-border zone between ECO member countries and a cross-border zone with Azerbaijan.

Mohsen Nariman in another part of his speech, pointed out that Aras Free Zone is the front-runner in the field of industry and added: Aras with 220 active production units and more than 200 units under construction, which will be put into operation in the near future, is the most industrialized free zone in the country.

In the end, the CEO of Aras Free Zone Organization expressed his hope that the implementation of the resolutions of the meeting of the heads of the free zones, members of ECO, will have significant effects in the future of these zones.
