President Rouhani said on Thursday, May 13, during the ceremony of exploiting the large projects of the country's free zones: "Aras Free Zone is the key to the development of the country's free trade with Eurasia."

Pointing out that the Aras Free Zone is the only land border of Iran to Eurasia, the president in the fourth ceremony of exploiting the large projects of the free and special economic zones of the country, said: We have free trade with the Eurasian countries, and this is one of the important actions of the government of prudence and hope, which is very important to us.

In this ceremony, Mohsen Nariman, the CEO of Aras Free Zone Organization, also presented a report on the projects which were to be opened in Aras Free Zone.

In the fourth round of inaugurations of free zones by the president, 94 investment projects in Aras, Qeshm, Chabahar, Arvand and Salafchegan and Payam free zones with a cost of 62 thousand billion Rials were put into operation.
