According to Public Relations & Intl. Affairs of AFZ Org., Gholam Hossein Karimi, in a forum held for reforming the culture and art associations of Aras, referring to the importance of transferring all cultural, executive, and business affairs to the public institutions said: these steps in AFZ have passed from a slogan into action and we are witnessing the creation of different associations in a number of areas. That includes over 9 cultural and art clubs that are now formed in the zone.
